We started this business because we believe in the power of sports to transform lives. But we also know that the athletic world can be a tough place, especially when it comes to mental health. That's why we're on a mission to change the narrative and promote a positive, empowering mindset for the entire athletic community.
Our story starts with Angela, a seasoned coach with 23 years of experience in high school field hockey. She's seen it all, from the ups and downs of team dynamics to the challenges of building a positive culture. Through it all, she's learned that the key to success lies in building strong relationships with athletes and their parents, and in helping each individual player develop a positive mindset that can carry them through life.
Meanwhile, Melissa was just a freshman when Angela asked her to play goalie for the team. That decision would change her life forever. Field hockey quickly became one of the most important constants in her life, providing a sense of purpose, community, and joy. But like many athletes, she also struggled with mental health issues along the way.
We've both experienced firsthand the impact that mental health can have on athletes, both on and off the field. And we know that the athletic community needs to do better when it comes to prioritizing mental health.
So, we've joined forces to create ALL IN, a brand that promotes mental health awareness and a positive mindset in sports. We believe that by breaking the stigma and spreading a message of positivity and empowerment, we can help athletes everywhere achieve their full potential, both in sports and in life.
