Get Involved

If you are interested in getting more involved with the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), there are a variety of ways you can connect with The IOCDF and it's community.

Join Our Email List

To receive the latest news and updates from the IOCDF, including information on how to raise awareness, advocate, and become more involved, make sure to sign up to receive IOCDF emails.

Attend an IOCDF Event

Events such as our Annual OCD Conference, 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk, and OCD Awareness week are an opportunity to learn about OCD while being part of a close-knit community of those with OCD, their family members, and mental health professionals. Click here to learn about IOCDF events.

Become an IOCDF Grassroots Advocate

At the IOCDF, we get many requests from members of the OCD community who want to know what they can do to help.  Whether it means joining the #OCDWalk each year, speaking at a local Affiliate event, or even blogging about your experiences — being a Grassroots Advocate means joining a community of people who want to raise awareness and educate the public about obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders. Visit the Grassroots Advocate page to learn more.

Make a Donation

The International OCD Foundation is supported entirely through the generosity of individual donors. Every gift made to the IOCDF makes a difference; no matter how large or small, the collective generosity of our donors makes a huge impact! Make your gift to the IOCDF today!
